Pencil Lines Sketch #207

This week's sketch is up over at Pencil Lines. Sketch #207 is brought to us by our guest designer, Tamar Bostock.

Here's my take on the sketch. Titled: My Baby's 7. I have used Noel Mignon's Sweet Sue kit. From my own stash I have added a Zva Creative rhinestone flourish (CRB-03CA-104); and some Prima felt flowers and flower centres.
